Refund Policy

Return Window:
You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery (some exceptions apply).

For Returns Due to Defects, Wrong Items, or Our Error:
If you receive a defective product, the wrong item, or notice any error on our part (such as shipping damage), please contact us and explain the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we’ll send you a prepaid return label for a full refund.

For Returns Due to a Change of Mind or Other Discretionary Reasons:
We gladly accept returns if you change your mind. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging, and in a resellable state.

Shipping Returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, transit times for returned items may vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.

Restocking Fees May Apply If:

  • An item is not returned in its original condition (damaged or missing parts) for reasons not caused by TPmax.
  • An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Oils, liquids, and epoxy products

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are typically issued within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return (approximately 5-10 business days)
  • Time to process your return upon receipt (3-5 business days)
  • Bank processing time (5-10 business days)

If Your Refund Is Late or Missing:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for your refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank to inquire about any processing delays.
  4. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at aftersalesupport@tpmaxabrasive.com.

Sale Items:
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Final sale items cannot be refunded.
