Shipping Policy Restrictions
Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Remote locations where shipping costs become unreasonably high.
    (Examples include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the three Northern Canadian Territories, and other remote areas in Canada and the U.S.)

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, EST). Notification will be provided for any delays.
  • Delivery Time:
    1. U.S. & Canada: Transit time is 2–7 business days.
    2. International: Transit time is generally 4–21 business days, varying by courier.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: In-stock items are dispatched immediately; backordered items are shipped once restocked.
  • Tracking: A tracking link is provided upon dispatch to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Address & Delivery Changes

  • A complete, accurate street address and postal code are required for prompt delivery. TPmax is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Issues & Claims

  • Delays: Orders are shipped via third-party couriers (e.g., UPS, Purolator, Canada Post). Once a shipment is handed off, delivery times are beyond our control. Contact TPmax if the delivery time exceeds the forecasted period.
  • Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipments: Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Do not accept packages that appear opened or damaged; retain all damaged goods and packaging until instructed.
  • Report issues via email at aftersalesupport@tpmaxabrasive.com.

Duties & Taxes

  • U.S. & Canada Orders: Sales tax is included at checkout; no additional duties are charged.
  • International Orders: Import duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If duties and taxes are refused, the item will be returned to TPmax at the customer’s expense, and a refund will be issued for the product value minus return shipping costs. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Warranty Returns

  • TPmax honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt.
  • Customers are required to prepay return shipping; reimbursement will be provided upon a successful warranty claim.
  • Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you may choose from:
    1. A refund to the original payment method,
    2. Store credit, or
    3. A replacement item (if available).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Shipping Insurance

  • All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
  • Refunds or replacements for parcels damaged or lost in transit will be processed after the courier completes its investigation.
